。之後兩位外籍面試官先開始問問題，問題以上份工作使用到的Machine Learning/ Deep Learning 的演算法為主，要我比較幾種演算法的差異。問題主要是在問使用過的工具，以及做過哪些專案。

Why do you want to work here?
There are three major reasons why I want to work in Micron.
Frist, I’m impressed by your company’s commitment to the growth and development of its employees. One of my friends works in your TSE department and she has praised this company for its excellent treatment of employees for years. I’ve found that you invest in on-going education of your employees through online courses from which the employees can choose courses they are interested in.
Second, one thing I like a lot about my precious job in Sinica is the diversity of its working environment. I enjoyed working with scientists from around the world. We exchanged knowledge, interests and cultures. As a global company, Micron is known for its diverse, open-minded, and respectful working environment which really attracts me.
And last but not least, my friends told me the company encourages the employees to express their opinions and thoughts, which creates a positive and motivated working environment. People are not scared to share and exchange their ideas. Everyone in the team can learn new things. Problems can solve faster which is helpful for the productivity.
A company that sees their employees as an important asset is the kind of company that would thrive in any circumstance. This is a company at which I would be honored to grow my career.

Being motivated makes me unique. We live in the world that knowledge and information explode exponentially. And being highly motivated can help up keep ourselves updated.
My English was pretty bad in college. I did not know why I had to learn it and I was force to learn it. So I really disliked English back then. Until one day I realized that a second language can widen my horizon. So I started to use all the resources I could get to learn English
