面試時程蠻長，過程可以感受UBER的用心和重視，可惜最後未進入該公司。
線上測驗不是像P&G那類的online assessment，而是他們依據PM未來可能遇到的工作問題、工作採用的metrics選擇應用與計算等。
面試以八大問為主，針對過去個人的專案經驗，提供實際上處理的邏輯策略心態脈絡，判斷是否與公司價值符合。

要建立自己的邏輯架構。並且要有自信。
可以熟悉印度口音，蠻多面試官來自東南亞。
