直接上公司單位的face to face面試。現時公司現時沒有自己的辦公室，是在co working space 的空間。距離捷運站10分鐘腳程。面試分兩部分，先會面人資+營運經理（45 mins），之後專案Director（1 hrs）會再進來跟我談。
第一部份都是營運經理發問，人資在旁邊紀錄. They are really nice 也有提到公司內部人手現時只有10人以下，預計明年會繼續擴編。老闆業務過於繁重，因此今年初成立了這間公司，專門營運有關儲能業務，現時團隊整體比較年輕。
第二部份，專案Director會問偏技術性方面，也很耐心解釋業務上的未來發展，以及對這職缺的想法。
整體面試感覺良好，講到最後大家也像聊天的感覺。無相關學術背景的candidate薪水都不會很高，只能期待bonus。工作環境沒有看到辦公室裡面，但co working space的公共部份很不錯，也看到有其他公司的人。出入都要門禁卡。

我花了大約一天時間去研究what is energy storage, 公司背景和他的供應商, 發展最新情況. 有sales 經驗會加分，要有心理準備薪水不會很高。團隊還是在雛形狀態，所以都是1打10.
