這題我自認為表現非常不好，主要是沒有準備過相關題目，臨時要想三個要點想不出來，英文因此一時慌了講得很亂，我還是臨時講了兩點。以下是我事後檢討覺得比較好的講法：For me, the three most important elements that a candidate who is looking for a job should have is, first, to be proactive. Because it is important for a candidate to understand the company and the industry, a candidate should proactively do research on such information and even reach out to the people in the industry. Secondly, I think a candidate should be confident because confidence can show credibility and allows the candidates to show their skills and experiences. Last but not least, I think a candidate should have good communication skills so that they can listen actively, ask insightful questions, and express their ideas.
