The interview has 3 sessions, depending if you pass it or no
t. The first session will be a English Test and knowledge of Proton as well as answering to the customer in email form. If you pass the test, you will have a short interview with the HR, they will ask you the feedback of the test. And then will move on to the second session which is a task that you can spend 24 hours to finish it. So, basically you will be pretending to reply to the real customers in email form, and there's 15 questions. You can use the official website to find the informations regarding to the customer's inquiries. If you pass the test, then you will have a interview with the team lead and the head of cs team. They are both really nice, so don't worry.

The interview takes 3 weeks, it's a long journey. The English test was quite difficult because there are 18 questions including listening test and you will need to finish the test within 12 minutes, that's tough. But I think even if you did not do well on the English test, you should focus on the second section which id the knowledge of Proton. And the rest of the sessions compare to the first session would be quite relaxing. so good luck babe
