從初試+多益筆試到我參加第二次的面試總共等待兩周左右。第二次的面試是與資策會裡面的長官們所長們的面試。當時我被要求用英語說明產業結構發展以及供應鏈的關聯。我印象中是20分鐘的簡報，然後下列的各個長官們開始用英文提問問題。如，How would you prioritize the job if you were hired ? 以及How do you see the market demand for 5G in the next 5 years ?

How do you handle conflict with people who disagree with you ?
I think I would opt to listen to what they say in the first place rather than try to convince them. It's inevitable to have someone who holds a different point of view from yours in the workplace, so it makes more sense to listen to what the person wants to say. That's my opinion.
