面試的職缺是 SDE3
公司 HR 透過信件來聯繫，首先會詢問求職意願，確認之後會讓求職者先進行 Online A
ssessments，這個包括考 Coding Challenge 以及 Work Simulation。
Coding Challenge 就是考資料結構演算法(DSA)，Work Simulation 則是透過一系列的工作郵件來看你會怎麼行動，簡單來說就是選溝通協調以及團隊合作的答案最安全。
通過 Assessments 之後，HR 會再聯繫要求回答以下常見問題以及有興趣的職缺
- Reason for considering new opportunities:
- Current location (City, State):
- Location preference (Seattle, WA or Arlington, VA):
- Are you willing to work in-office (hybrid – 3 days in-office):
- Salary expectations (range):
- Start availability:
- How many years of software development experience do you have (non-internship)?
- What are your primary coding languages (tech-stack)?
- How much of your development experience is on the back-end v. front-end (% percentage-wise):
- Experience level with system design (please expand if possible):
之後確定好要面試的組別以及時間，HR 會提供面試準備資料。
面試是在同一天進行然後全部都是視訊，一共會有四場面試，每一場面試內容會考核 technical areas 以及 behavioral questions；technical areas 考的部分又包括 coding, system design，有些職位可能又會考 OOP，但我自己沒遇到，而 behavioral questions 則是通常問“你遇到 xxx 的經驗”。

設計一個線上購物網站
這個是 system design 的基本題，首先當然是和對方確認需求，比如說這個網站實際用途，活躍用戶數量之類的。
然後就開始畫圖把整個系統給畫出來，過程也可更細部的討論你自己的強項，例如你是前端技術比較強那還可以討論使用者可能遇到的問題。
