Talk about...
The interview process started with an online assignment. I h
ad to reply to customer messages in English and another language. This part was easy.
After the assignment, I had an interview at their office. This interview lasted about one hour. The interviewers asked common questions. These included questions about my past work and why I wanted to leave my current job. They also asked if I could handle repetitive tasks. They asked if I was okay working extra hours without extra pay.
Two HR staff, Roy and Alvin, were very polite and patient. The manager, was not polite. She did not greet me. She just started asking questions. I did not like this.
They did talk about salary. The pay is less than what's listed on the 104 website. The maximum monthly range they offered already includes the bonus. Also, you must reply to customers after work hours. They do not pay extra for this.
Overall, the HR staff was good. But the manager's behavior was not good. This made the interview experience less pleasant. The need to work extra hours without pay is also a concern.
