我很感謝 Medium 創作者——蔡培沅——對於題目及作答方向的無私分享（https://medium.com/亨利隨筆/tgc-interview-test-aa6899b4307a），因此我也在下方盡量分享，惟能力不足以提供參考答案，各位求職者加油。筆試回答不用很完美，我想應該只需要有個及格程度，很快就會收到進一步面試的通知。
面試是採視訊面試，由人資和主管共同主持。在面試前就有要求我準備一個 FOW I 案例分析的英文簡報，由於我實在看不出永傳能源的競爭優勢與產業立足點，所以很難將簡報扣回對於永傳能源的建議或吹捧。接著以中文進行比較常見的面試問答，其中問到我對於未來職務的期許，我的回答比較含糊、不精確，可能造成主管對我印象蠻扣分的。

Turbine Installation: This involves putting the turbine together piece by piece offshore. First, the foundation is fixed to the seabed. A transition piece is often installed on top of the foundation to provide a stable base and connection point for the tower. Then, the tower is put on top. Next, the nacelle (containing the generator) is lifted onto the tower. Finally, the blades are attached. Large ships, often with legs that lift them out of the water for stability, are used for these heavy lifts.
Submarine Cable Laying: This connects the turbines and brings power ashore. A special cable-laying vessel sails along a planned route, carefully putting the cable onto the seabed. The cable is then usually buried in the seabed using water jets or plows to protect it from damage.
