Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and review the work of GC, PMC, and sub-vendors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project specifications. • Conduct regular site inspections and call out any deviations, delays, or quality issues to the client management team. • Review engineering work such as P&IDs, PFDs, equipment sizing calculations, data sheets, and technical specifications. • Ensure correct integration of HVAC and Process Utility systems into project scope. • Review vendor documents, GA drawings, and layout for correctness and constructability. • Plan and supervise execution activities for HVAC and Process Utility systems across multiple work fronts. • Drive construction sequencing, resource allocation, and contractor mobilization plans. • Prepare and maintain look-ahead schedules, execution plans, and progress reports. • Monitor material availability, site logistics, and workforce deployment. • Supervise execution of Chiller Systems, AHUs, FCUs, VRF Systems, and Cleanroom HVAC Systems. • Pressurization systems, exhaust systems, and hazardous area HVAC compliance. • Ensure proper ducting, insulation, and balancing works as per project requirements. • Supervise installation and commissioning of all the Utilities (CDA, Cooling Towers, CR system, Exhaust system, Chiller and HVAC Systems. • Supervise equipment erection, alignment, piping installation, ducting, and system integration. • Lead pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including functional testing and performance validation. • Drive punch list closure and ensure timely handover to clients. • Ensure adherence to project specifications, approved drawings, and QA/QC procedures. • Implement HSE protocols, participate in safety audits, and resolve site safety concerns. • Conduct method statements and risk assessments for major activities. • Maintain up-to-date site progress reports, inspection records, and commissioning documentation. • Provide inputs for as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and project close-out dossiers. Micron Project BIM Lead/Coordinator: Work with partners in the development of BIM Execution Plan and ensure Micron standards are incorporated. Perform regular QA/QC field walks to ensure field installations match coordinated models. Ensure shop drawings are done base on coordinated 3D models to minimize and avoid reworks. Ensure partners utilized BIM models for design change analysis and approval prior to shop drawing production and construction. Assist in maintaining drawings done within Revit. Ensure models are updated to as-constructed and as-built conditions using 3D scans for accuracy. Ensure data required for facility management are entered throughout construction. Assist site personnel in navigating the models and retrieving data and information such as sections from the models. Point of contact for all BIM related matters for both internal and external partners. Work with the project team with project workflow to establish and maintain consistent graphic standards on individual assigned projects. This includes the interdisciplinary consistency between mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, telecommunications, etc. Ensure accuracy of as-constructed/as-built basebuild design for next in line users (eg, tool install team) to be able to start design work early without having to perform multiple field verifications.
