About the Role This role sits at the intersection of product engineering, customer support, and field operations. As a Technical Product Support Engineer, you will drive the resolution of complex technical issues, support new product introductions (NPI), and improve overall system performance through data-driven analysis. You will act as a critical bridge between customers, field teams, and engineering, ensuring product reliability and continuous improvement.
