Advantech is currently looking for an experienced product manager who play an important role to support existing product sustaining and NPI for dedicated product line. Also to inspire its capability on growing the product marketing sense and project management skill via supporting to regional BU, and become a core capability for professional and comprehensive product manager. Key Responsibilities: - Product NPI developing, define product requirement, control schedule, cost, and risk - Develop and manage the project from kick-off to mass production, Work collaboratively with all internal function teams, such as engineering, marketing, DQA and factory. - Managing product lifecycle till product discontinues with mitigation plans from manufacturing, regional business unit and key account, product sustaining and support worldwide business inquiry - Generate collateral including datasheet, sales kit, and user manual needed for product promotion. Collaborate with internal business units (BUs) to identify acquisition and investment targets, driving the development and execution of opportunities. Manage M&A and investment projects, including valuation, deal structuring, due diligence, drafting and negotiating deal terms and final agreements, and executing transactions. Develop, execute, and track post-merger integration (PMI) plans, to realize strategies and demonstrate M&A synergies. Handle all issues, multi-party coordination, and information integration before, during and after the M&A process. Requirements Over 5 years of experience in cross-border M&A. Outstanding business acumen and project management skills, with hands-on experience in leading M&A or due diligence projects. Proactive, with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, with financial analysis and financial modeling skills. Proficiency in English.
