Come create with us. About the Role: We are looking for people who will focus on product testing, and supporting ad hoc tasks related to Company Operations. For Product Testing, you will be involved in hands-on testing of pre-released features and updates made for our PicCollage App and other new products. You will be responsible for product stability and quality assurance, reporting bugs and documenting your observations and suggestions for product improvements. For Company Operations, you will assist in the daily upkeep and organization of the office, upholding a conducive working environment. Ad-hoc tasks related to office management or event planning should be expected. Joining daily product scrum meetings. Supporting office operations, including, but not limited to, managing office supplies, coordinating events, and hosting visitors to the office. What We’re Looking For: You are careful, willing to take initiative, and are not afraid to ask questions. You are organized, efficient, observant, patient, and committed. You have a high level of attention to detail. You are good at documenting and communicating your ideas. You have basic fluency in English communication. You have basic proficiency in conversational Chinese to manage everyday tasks such as ordering food, making inquiries, and contacting stores. Note: We prefer testers who can work: 3 days a week for at least 6 months; or 4–5 days a week for at least 3 months. What We’re Looking For: Fluent in English (written & verbal). Understanding of US consumer market. 5+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, or creative direction roles. A strong portfolio that showcases branding design and visual design. Proficiency in Adobe CC, Figma Integration of AI tools into creative workflow Experience leading and mentoring other designers. Nice-To-Haves: Background in product marketing design. Strong storytelling skills in motion design, video editing, or interactive content. This role requires building trust with the team while balancing the needs of both employees and management. What You'll Do: Partner with Leaders on Team Structure & Performance Work closely with directors & managers on org design, team structure, and role clarity as teams evolve. Support performance management: feedback, development, and difficult calls when needed. Spot cross-team patterns or gaps and turn them into actionable improvements (process, roles, common bottlenecks). Navigate Complex People Challenges Be the go-to person for addressing sensitive, high-stakes people situations. Coach managers through interpersonal dynamics, conflict, and performance risk with sound judgment. Drive resolution across functions, balancing empathy with business needs and long-term team health. Coach Managers to Build Accountable Teams Shift from traditional “people management” to strong, consistent leadership behaviors. Coach mid-level leaders to build high-trust, high-accountability teams with clear expectations. Help managers turn differences into productive collaboration (healthy debate, fewer silos, faster decisions). Organizational Mediation & Alignment Facilitate alignment across domains when priorities, trade-offs, or tensions arise. Translate vague friction into clear problem statements, root causes, and actionable steps that make the workplace better for everyone. Act as a connector across teams to ensure alignment while preserving nuance and context. Policy & Compliance (Taiwan Labor Law) Maintain and evolve people policies aligned with Taiwan labor regulations and company practices. Advise management on policy interpretation and real-world application (consistent, fair, people-first). Balance compliance, risk, and practicality to support good decisions and a healthy employee experience. What We’re Looking For: 8+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or related roles. Strong experience in performance management, org design, and leadership coaching. Experience handling complex employee relations and organizational challenges. Solid understanding of Taiwan labor laws and HR practices. Excellent communication in Mandarin and English; able to handle sensitive conversations with clarity and care. Comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment and partnering closely with leaders across domains. Based in (or willing to relocate to) Taiwan. Nice-To-Haves: Have relevant experience in Tech, start-up or high-growth sectors. Have experience in coaching junior to middle-level members. Analytical skills to effectively utilize data in People metrics to drive discussion & make people/HR decisions. Understand and apply AI tools into your workflow.

What You'll Do: Be the Talent Detective: Actively source, engage, and attract both technical and non-technical talent (Engineers, designers, PM, marketing etc.) using creative methods and platforms well beyond standard job boards. Own the Candidate Journey: Collaborate closely with Recruiting Leads (RLs) to design streamlined, smooth interview processes—from the first email to the final decision. Ensure every contact point actively attracts and retains the candidate's interest, positively reflecting our unique culture. Be the Brand Ambassador: Run engaging external career fairs, university events, and community meetups to amplify the PicCollage brand and convert passive talent into excited candidates. Drive with Data: Apply basic analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing channels, track key metrics, and optimize future recruitment campaigns for maximum ROI. What We’re Looking For: You have solid experience in recruiting in tech/software industries (bonus points if you’ve recruited for both tech and non-tech roles). You have done end-to-end recruitment before: has good track recording in talent sourcing, and enjoys each contact point with the candidate throughout interview process. You are fluent in both English and Chinese—writing, speaking, and everything in between. You’re a natural people-person who’s curious, empathetic, and great at communication. You are great at deciphering recruiting data and spot insights, not just spreadsheets. You are good at interpreting the real needs and able to translate into execution steps. Nice-To-Haves: You’ve done some recruiting marketing before, able to write social posts and host talent events. You’ve worked with ATS platforms like Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby or Teamdoors. You are familiar with Taiwan’s work permit and ARC processes.
