Purpose of the Role: The Assistant Manager, Total Rewards supports the design, implementation, and administration of compensation, benefits, and rewards programs in Taiwan. This role partners closely with Cluster HR Head, HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Finance, and external vendors to ensure reward programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the organization's talent and business objectives. The incumbent will provide analytical support, market insights, and operational expertise in compensation and benefits management while driving continuous improvement in reward processes and governance. What You’ll Do : Compensation - Manage the annual compensation review cycle, including salary increases, promotions, market adjustments, and incentive payouts. - Conduct market benchmarking and analyze compensation trends to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity. - Prepare compensation analyses, cost modelling, and recommendations for management review. - Support job evaluation and job architecture processes. - Ensure adherence to compensation policies, governance frameworks, and approval processes. - Partner with HR stakeholders to provide compensation guidance and recommendations. Benefits - Support the administration and review of employee benefits programs, including medical, insurance, wellness, retirement, and leave programs. - Coordinate with external benefit providers and brokers on program implementation and renewals. - Analyze benefits utilization, costs, and employee feedback to identify enhancement opportunities. - Support benefits harmonization and optimization initiatives. - Ensure compliance with local regulatory and statutory requirements. Total Rewards Strategy - Support the development of reward policies, guidelines, and communication materials. - Participate in global reward projects, including benefits redesign, pay transparency, and rewards transformation initiatives. - Monitor market trends, economic indicators, inflation, and legislative developments affecting rewards programs. Governance & Operations - Support internal and external audits related to compensation and benefits. - Identify opportunities to streamline reward processes and improve operational efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of reward programs. What will make you successful: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail and data accuracy. - Stakeholder management and influencing skills. - Project management and organizational skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Effective communication and presentation skills. - Continuous improvement mindset and customer focus. Must-Have: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. - 4–7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, HR Consulting, or a related field. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis. - Experience with market surveys and compensation benchmarking tools. - Familiarity with HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, or equivalent platforms. Advantage to Have: - Experience supporting multiple countries or regional reward programs is preferred. - Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and reward frameworks is advantageous. Purpose of the Role: MSL will be the field medical expert responsible for providing scientific and medical support to external and internal stakeholders. The individual will provide scientific information and to support medical/ scientific information needs of Healthcare Professionals in assigned therapeutic area(s). This field-based position will proactively build relationship with HCPs through the scientific approach that is aligned with the Brand and Medical Plan. MSL will need to be a credible and valuable representative of Zuellig Pharma in a variety of interactions with key stakeholders. The TA to be covered with be Respiratory. What You’ll Do : A. Medical support for external stakeholders • Act as scientific expert in the key therapeutic categories for external stakeholders. • Build and maintain scientific trust-based relationships with KOLs. • Share on label data with HCPs, discussing all aspects of the data in a scientific, objective and balanced way. • Build understanding and value to clinical practice of ZP products aligned with scientific objectives. • Build Zuellig relationship with key external stakeholders (e.g. government bodies, patient advocacy groups, key medical organizations) by providing scientific support. • Provide responses to unsolicited inquiry for medical information. B. Medical support for internal stakeholders • Identify HCPs with the scientific expertise in treatment practice to collaborate on forward-thinking medical projects identified in strategic brand planning. • Identify unmet needs and capture medical insights or feedback in support of the strategy development. • Develop and implement field medical plan and activities. • Provide scientific support at Zuellig sponsored educational events. • Conduct appropriate Zuellig staff training & development on information regarding current clinical data and emerging trends in medical practice within therapeutic categories. • Work in Brand teams to guide internal decision-making (perception tracking/competitor information). • Provide scientific input for BD project as required. • Review and approval of promotional materials to be used in country. C. Knowledge of therapeutic category • Strong scientific Knowledge in assigned therapeutic area(s), clinical trial methods, data interpretation and continue to learn more in depth about a specific therapeutic area. • Keep abreast and attend scientific congresses to gather contextualized information on treatment landscape and new developments. Purpose of the Role: Category management include driving cost reduction opportunities through collaboration with key stakeholders and suppliers. Responsible for categories include but not limited to Delivery, Facility, MRO, IT, Packaging material, HR and Admin. What You’ll Do : Source, evaluate and select new suppliers in consideration of category strategy or new requests. Introduce new suppliers to existing workflow and stakeholders to ensure the requests are fulfilled and communication is thorough. Manage saving projects to meet country target through initiatives identification, brainstorming and communication with stakeholders, category management, data collection and reporting. Proactively engage with stakeholders to prevent running behind and come up with new projects to fill the gap if necessary. Prepare and conduct RFP or RFQ through relevant system (Ariba). Draft and manage contractual documents incl. MSA and NDAs. Regular price and contract negotiation with suppliers. Ensure to comply global buying policy including sustainability initiatives and due diligence check. Ensure to meet global system introduction KPIs. Align with QA on audit plan and requests. Manage P2P(procure-to-pay) process on relevant system (Ariba and SAP). Support internal stakeholders with system queries and set up through collaboration with regional functional team. Support system training if required. Create and maintain vendor and customer master in SAP and ensure the accessibility from users in a timely manner. Come out with initiatives to streamline the process for internal customers. Manage internal customer relationship. Maintain and renew local managed insurance policy. Support project if necessary.
